Amazing service Come out to give a quote was fast as prompt with giving a quote explained everything and what to expect from the service. Booked in with a date that suited us. Fitting day was a great experience also two men come on the day we was booked and turned up 20 minutes early. Took good care of our home was tidy with the clean up. Trades men who actually communicate and turn up when planned are hard to come by so 5* from us and the quality of the carpet is incredible! Thank you

Messaged Declan a couple of weeks ago after coming across him on social media, he come out and give us a quote with plenty of samples to choose from, his quote massively undercut quotes we had previously had and his carpet was much better quality. Declan come out today to fit our carpet on the stairs and landing and we couldn't be happier, Thank you Mersey carpets. Would definitely recommended.

Where to start. I first noticed Mersey Carpets on Instagram after friends of mine began resharing Dec’s content. Straight away, I could see he was a hard-working lad with a great online presence and a genuine passion for providing a better service at a competitive price. We were looking to replace the carpets in our hall, stairs, landing and two bedrooms, so I reached out to enquire about costs. Dec responded straight away via WhatsApp and arranged an appointment at a time that suited us. When he arrived, he was exactly as he comes across online – professional, personable, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He really listened to our requirements and brought a great selection of samples, which helped us visualise how everything would look in our home rather than second-guessing whether something would work. Based on our preferences, he recommended a carpet that would give us that luxury feel whilst still being durable over the coming years. He then provided a price to supply and fit, which came in well within our budget. What stood out most was that he encouraged us to take time to consider it and come back to him – no hard sell, no pressure, just honest advice and a thank you for our time. Later that evening, we contacted Dec to confirm we’d like to move forward and arranged a fitting date. Due to an upcoming holiday, he was more than happy to accommodate this and schedule it for later. On the day of installation, Dec messaged ahead to confirm his arrival time. He arrived with Mike, who was equally polite and courteous throughout the fitting. During the process, Dec also pointed out that our recently painted skirting boards might reveal some of the previous paintwork once the carpets were tightly fitted – which allowed us to plan accordingly afterwards. I can’t express how delighted we are with the service provided by Mersey Carpets. The finish is excellent, the carpet itself is gorgeous and everything has been fitted perfectly. The team left no mess behind and Dec completed a full walkthrough with us at the end. Feels like we’ve got our new build house back ! Another thing worth highlighting is the care and attention taken during the fitting – this was not a rushed job. Every detail was considered.
