Big thanks to Luke, who fitted our LVT — his workmanship was excellent, with really tight, neat joints throughout and a clean finish around the tricky corners and our kitchen/utility edges. He was tidy, professional, and clearly took pride in getting the pattern lined up perfectly. This is now the third flooring job T2B have carried out at ours, and we’d happily recommend them.

Luke supplied and fitted LVT across our whole ground floor following a recent extension. He did a great job prepping the existing floor, which wasn’t an easy job as we had an old 1930s suspended timber floor and a new screed extension floor to contend with. The finished result is a beautiful herringbone floor, it’s already had so many compliments and I’ve recommended him to 2 friends already!

I hired him to lay vinyl floor in my bathroom and within three weeks it bubbled in three different areas. He reglued the first bubble but then told me I’ll either have to pay for him to fix the other two, or he can give me a partial refund. He laid it on top of my previous bathroom vinyl (which is a textured surface to prevent slipping) but I thought he was going to remove the old one first. He said the reason it’s likely not sticking is because of the chemicals on the original floor, but if that’s the case then he should’ve properly prepped the surface first and used a stronger glue. I’ll eventually have to pay for another contractor to relay it and I’m hoping I don’t have to buy new vinyl, but so far three companies told me they wouldn’t be able to salvage it. By the way I’m pretty certain he’s not insured because he didn’t answer when I asked, plus if he was insured then it would cover the cost of my flooring since I’ll need it replaced.
