I had vinyl fitted in my bathroom and later discovered the fitter had stapled through a pipe with his nail gun. The shop owner was adamant and quite rude that their nails are not long enough to go through a floorboard so they sent round the fitter who could clearly see that their nails had gone through the floorboard. I now have to claim through the fitters insurance and had water damage in my house which was a nightmare to fix.The owner is rude and there was no apology at all, just trying to make it out as though I was wrong.

Stunning service from Bill and the team! Needed a carpet ASAP and that’s exactly what I got. Had it all ordered, paid and fitted within 3 working days! And on top of that it cost me nearly £200 cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. Will be recommending to anyone and everyone that’ll listen 😂

You’re not going to beat the price and I have no gripes with the quality either. Customer service was fantastic, when we realised we’d ordered a carpet too small the day before instillation but they understood and we got that rectified for our planned installation day still. the carpet fitter was quick and professional
