We contacted Timberwolf via their website. Our job was refinishing an engineered oak floor and repairing an area of water damaged flooring. The reply was prompt and from then on we had regular communication about the process and timescales. Gary arrived nice and early on the first day, explained what he would be doing and then cracked on. For us, it was a big job but Gary took it all in his stride. Even a pothole, a couple of damaged wheels and issues with the AA didn't stop him from completing the job. The floor has gone from scratched, dinted and a yellowy finish to a smooth, natural, ultra matt. The water stained area has been replaced and looks part of the original. Gary certainly puts his years of experience to good use. We are so happy we found Timberwolf and that Gary was willing to travel to us to sort our floor out. Timberwolf have transformed our floorboards in Carnaby. The previous coloured varnish had chipped, scratched and deteriorated to the point the floor was getting difficult to clean. The kitchen area also had gaps that collected debris that was difficult to remove. We now have stained and matt lacquered flooring that looks stunning. The gaps in the kitchen area have been sealed so it will be much easier to clean. We were sceptical about the claim it would be dustless. Our experience was no dust whatsoever. None. Absolutely none. Very impressive. Highly recommended.
