Timberwolf Floor Sanding

Completed the work to a good standard but failed to inform us that the colour of our engineered wood floor would be much lighter that then original wood flooring which no longer matches to all our furniture and bannister. We paid in good faith that Timberwolf would help resolve the situation, even at additional cost, but despite multiple attempts to get them to return there has been no response.

Very happy with the restoration of floorboards in our Victorian house. It wasn't a straightforward job yet Gary completed it with great skill and professionalism and the result was superb. Many thanks.

I would have never believed you could get such amazing results to my 120 year old floor boards. Even the areas previously damaged, split and badly secured during old central heating installations were expertly repaired.

Gary & Lee were so helpful & knowledgeable. They turned up on time and left the site spotless. Their work was exceptional and we are very pleased with the results, as our wooden hall floor had lifted due to moisture ingress and was unusable, Gary informed us what was needed to resolve the issue and provided a very competitive quote. They removed the skirting boards and trimmed around the edges of the floor as it had been fitted incorrectly and had no expansion gap. They then sanded and sealed the hall floor which now looks brand new as if it was laid yesterday ( the floor is 29 years old and has never been sanded or re-sealed since installation). This was all completed in 1 weekend as to cause zero disruption to the school. Gary also provided after care information to ensure we can keep our hall floor in tip top condition. I cannot praise Gary & Lee highly enough for the excellent work of repairing and restoring our school hall floor. I have recommended them to all of the site managers within our academy trust.
