The Wooden Floor Store

Met with the guys from the wooden floor store at the Scottish Home Improvements show in the SSEC. Tiegan could not have been nicer and her knowledge of the product was outstanding. We attended at the showroom in Hillington where again Tiegan took her time with us ensuring that we had choose the right product for our home. We choose Lucerne Engineered Herringbone. The flooring was delivered exactly on time and the fitting took place with Jim, who is a recommended by the store, turning up promptly and worked his socks off causing as little disruption to our home. A brilliant experience from start to the fitting. Very very happy with end result. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After receiving poor service at another store we tried the Wooden Floor Store. A great decision! Alan Boyd at the store was really helpful, explained everything in detail and made us feel confident in our choices, and also managed to fit in to our timescales. Highly recommend.

Bought flooring from this shop, nice pattern & good quality but unfortunately The fitter they introduced ( ROSS ) made a mess as you can see below & left the job unfinished. So Ross on first day asked for some payment so he can buy a better saw to do a nice job for me as-well but he never came back, made a lots of promises & plenty stories to make excuses. Been in touch with alan store manager and he said: we are not fitting company and we don’t take responsibility but what it was shocking for me the most it was when i spoke with alan few weeks after he mentioned that he has been working for the company and still not having positive feedback from customers. So if you’re buying flooring from this store make sure who’s going to be your fitter.

The service at this store is brilliant. I spoke with Angelina, who gave me all the information about buying wooden flooring I needed to make a decision about purchasing my first order of wooden flooring. Nothing was too much bother. I phoned a few times and spoke to Alan and different members of staff and was treated in the same manner. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The flooring itself was as described and perfect for my living room. This is a store that I would recommend highly for the quality of the engineered wood, the price and the customer service.
