He took the time to explain the different options, offered honest advice, and made the whole selection process feel easy and enjoyable. Mehmet and Ibrahim then fitted our flooring, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They were professional, friendly, punctual and their attention to detail was exceptional. The finish is flawless, and it’s obvious they take real pride in their work. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. A special mention also to Ceylan, who arranged our carpets. It was so convenient having the carpet supplier based from the same showroom, as it made choosing everything for the house in one place so much easier while still using specialists for each job. We’d highly recommend Tas for his expert advice, Mehmet and Ibrahim for their outstanding fitting, and Ceylan for making the carpet process so straightforward. A brilliant experience all round.

Joe, who fitted the floor, was excellent. He identified issues with the existing subfloor, fixed it properly, re-latexed the surface, and then laid the new flooring to a very high standard. The finish is perfectly level and looks superb. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and took real pride in their work. Mehmet and his team did a fantastic job installing engineered wood floors in my flat. Professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy — the attention to detail is second to none. The floors look absolutely stunning and have completely transformed the space. I'd also highly recommend the FloorShop — their advice, professionalism, and organisation were all first-class, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Can’t recommend enough. The Floor Shop have been fantastic from sales through to installation. Very on the ball, they genuinely care about longevity and most importantly everyone we had contact with in the shop and at home were super friendly. They did a supply and fit back in 2001 at my parents house and the flooring still looks new and gets many compliments. It was a no brainer for us to use them. We’ve had engineered wood floor installed through out the house and it looks fabulous. Thank you to George, Lef, Mems, Bobby and the few others who I know I’ve missed!
