The Carpet Shop Glasgow

A smooth process from the initial enquiry through to the finished floor is the theme running through the feedback for this Muirend carpet specialist. Jim is named in several accounts as helpful and knowledgeable while customers are choosing their carpets, and the advice he gives is described as steering them towards the right option. Reviewers also highlight the fitters, who are praised for leaving the job tidy and, on one occasion, removing the waste afterwards. The selection on offer is mentioned often, taking in carpets, solid wood floors, laminates, vinyls and artificial grass, with pricing that customers call competitive and good value.

Keeping buyers informed about delivery and fitting arrangements is another point that comes up, as is the welcoming manner of the team in the shop and on site. Stairs and bedrooms are among the jobs described, and the standard of the finished carpet is consistently called quality work. The same account of attentive service and careful fitting is repeated across the feedback, giving the impression of a well-organised operation where advice, installation and the final result are handled without fuss.
