I recently purchased flooring from Dougie at the Aberdeen branch and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely took the time to make sure I was choosing the right option for my flat. Nothing felt rushed — he patiently answered all my questions and offered honest advice, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The service was excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding customer care. A well-deserved five stars!

I had my wood flooring put down with ATC Flooring. Craig and his son did a fantastic job of putting the flooring down. Very polite and very tidy.My flooring is looking beautiful. I would recommend ATC Flooring for all your flooring needs.

This is our second time going to Tapi for our carpet and as always Eion was absolutely fantastic he is the most helpful and friendly person ever and I would highly recommend his knowledge and advice. The carpet was delivered quite quickly, although my only con is that the fitters did chip some paint in the room which is understandable that would happen with fitting a carpet but it was a lot more than we were expecting and had to touch up

ATC arrived on time instructed us on how they were going to complete the job. Answered all questions that I had (even the ones that may sound stupid) to my understanding they were patient and kept me informed of anything that I needed to know. They finished the job earlier than they estimated which is good it freed me up to do other things thay I had planned to do the next day. They took their time and has an for detail finishing the job to a really high standard. Cant recommend them enough and would give ten stars if that was an option

Dear Tapi Management, I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your Kittybrewster branch, where my family and I encountered unprofessional and dismissive service from a staff member named Ian. We had a simple and time-sensitive request: to measure a Barratt show home that matches the layout of our upcoming semi-detached houses, expected in May–June. The show home is only available until next week, and we hoped to obtain rough measurements to help us secure a quotation for flooring. This was clearly explained to Ian, yet his response was dismissive and lacking in courtesy. He stated that it would be “trouble” to measure both the show home and our actual house later, and made it clear through his tone and attitude that he wanted to get rid of us. There was no respect in the way he spoke, and no willingness to assist or even acknowledge our situation. It felt as though our request was judged not on merit, but on where we come from — a sentiment we unfortunately sensed from other staff at the store as well. This experience has left us extremely disappointed, especially given Tapi’s reputation for customer care. We believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of background. I will be leaving a public review to reflect this experience, but I wanted to ensure management is aware directly. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the culture and service at the Kittybrewster branch. Sincerely, Clifton de souza
