We bought a Croft Gold Axminster carpet from Dee Carpets. As usual the staff were efficient, courteous and the fitters were incredibly quick and left the house spotless. Would highly recommend.

We went in with measurements to purchase vinyl, make sure you don't rely on anyone in the shop to recommend the size you need especially if you are looking at of cuts. The woman in the shop advised a piece would fit, however, when it arrived the guys advised it was almost double the size. We should have asked her for a price for our exact measurements as well, however, we were relying on her expertise and not to rip us off.... the guys fitting the vinyl were professional and did a good job!

Had a great experience from start to finish with Dee Carpets. Needed a carpet measured for, chosen and fitted for an empty property. Remotely I was able to arrange a time for their estimator to visit when I woud be there and I visited the showroom the same day to choose carpet. Fitting was arranged then too for a time soon ahead and the carpet is fit really well and looks great. Every time I phoned they were so friendly and helpful. 5star service, would highly recommend.

Really quick - 3 days from picking the carpet - one of the rooms is a bit fiddly, but was fitted very fast - about 3 hours, and the guys were very pleasant and helpful. I'll be back for the next one.

Price quoted included delivery, fitting, vat and the service unbeatable. On the day the fitters arrived, put down the underlay and then the carpet and were finished in UNDER AN HOUR. Brilliant job done. Many thanks, have used Dee Carpets before and certainly recommend them for service, efficiency and price.

Great from start to finish. All the staff starting from the lady's in the office, to carpet layers were amazing. My flooring looks awesome too. Will definitely be back. Really friendly throughout.
