From start to finish couldn't recommend tapi carpet enough great quality customer service and great quality product 👌 and adam the fitter was very polite and professional and did an outstanding job on fitting as you can see in the picture

Absolute awful fitting of flooring and even worse customer service. Highly recommend you do not use this company. In response to tapi, I haven’t had any communication from so not only is your service terrible so is your complaints and customer service. Do not use this company. UPDATED… response to tapi/paula. customer service is as good as your carpet laying, rubbish. So even though you’ve been in touch still left with your rubbish flooring. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It's got a nice range of flooring and the staff are helpful, but they don't have samples in store that you can take home to do colour pairing with your walls/furniture. You need to order them online which is fine, but they also don't have samples of their new products on their website which is disappointing. You need to arrange one of their fitters to come and bring a sample pack with them.

Fantastic service from Tapi in Swansea very helpful and knowledgeable sales team took time to find the right product for us. The fitters provided were fantastic, Ian and Stuart/Stewart were meticulous and have transformed what was a pretty awful kitchen floor into something stunning. We can now move on with our kitchen now the floor is done 🙂. I would highly recommend and I would use again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
