Very pleased with the service in the shop and the personal visit to measure and advise. Very professional and quote provided without delay. A very special shout out to the carpet fitters Tiago and Tom who were excellent, professional and hardworking. Couldn't fault the fitting and cleared up at the end with no mess left at all. All in all, a very good service from start to finish and will use again.

Waited in for someone to come quote etc on Saturday… rang us and cancelled for Sunday which is fair enough but then never showed up Sunday. Couldn’t even be bothered to contact and let us know either way.. brilliant.. 👎🏼

Poor afterservice. Carpet started unravelling in places and had pulls. When I phoned to ask someone to take a look I was told it wasnt. They never even asked for any information or came to have a look. Said I had probably caught it. Just not interested once they had the money. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience from start to end. The lady in store was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly. Even correcting my very clearly incorrect measurements! The floor fitters were brilliant and advised on which way to lay the panel's. They did it all in under two hours! And it looks brilliant. Thanks so much!
