We have used Peterborough flooring in the past and always received excellent service. This time we went for Karndean flooring. We visited the showroom several times as my wife was unsure which style to go for, they always offer good advice and are always friendly. When we finally decided what we wanted we spoke to Leanne who booked in our fitting dates. Matt who came to fit the flooring is an absolute artist when it comes to laying the floor, very precise, conscientious and his attention to detail is second to none.

From start to finish, the service I received from Peterborough Flooring Supplies was exceptional. The whole team were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. I especially appreciated their patience, as I'm quite indecisive and took a while to make my final choice. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, with the team keeping me informed every step of the way. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I have a very keen eye for detail, and when you've worked hard to pay for something, you want it to be the very best it can be. The standard of the LVT fitting is truly outstanding-I genuinely cannot fault it. The fitter was calm, friendly, professional, and incredibly meticulous in his work. Everything was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish and offcuts removed from site. The end result is a beautiful floor that has completely transformed the space. I couldn't be happier and can't thank the team enough. I will certainly be a returning customer and would highly recommend Peterborough Flooring Supplies to anyone looking for quality products, expert fitting, and outstanding customer service. The team have been really helpful in supplying a lot of Karndean LVT & Cormar Zenith Twist carpet for our renovation project. It’s fantastic quality, everybody comments how plush it feels. Great service by PFS 🙏

This is the second time we have used this company. They did such a great job the first time we didn’t look anywhere else when we moved house and needed new flooring in the lounge and carpet in the stairs and landing. Charlie came yesterday and fitted the LVT to the lounge. What a credit to the company he is. He did an amazing job and was so pleasant and courteous. The carpet was fitted today and the two chaps did an equally professional job. Delighted with both results. Would definitely recommend this company.

Arrived as booked, carried out all works with care and consideration. All done with professional care and Excellent finish. So very happy with our Kitchen floor...We have used before for complete fitting of click flooring at my Sisters home, another great job but also brought flooring off them for my Mum and our home to lay ourselves. Highly Recommend.

Thank you to Leanne for making my flooring order easy whilst I was living in Bristol and planning my move back to Peterborough. I arranged for PF to have keys to my to be home. Tip Top work from Josh who fitted the flooring. I travelled from Bristol to Peterborough on 7 Feb to move in and was greeted with spanking new flooring throughout my apartment.
