had a very positive experience with Tapi Carpets. From selecting the carpet through to the fitting, the whole process was straightforward and professionally handled. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt that I was given good advice without being pressured into making a decision. Communication was good throughout, and the fitting was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I am very pleased with the finished result. The carpet looks excellent and has made a real difference to the house. Overall, I found Tapi reliable, professional and easy to deal with, and I would be happy to recommend them.

We picked our carpet and was told its a good mid range carpet. It cost £24.99 per m2. After it was fitted i noticed it was a felt back carpet NOT hessian. This is a cheaper carpet and no felt back carpet costs £24.99 per m2. Feel totally ripped off paying for a midrange carpet only to get a cheap budget carpet installed.

Broke my son wardrobe then denied that they are responsible even have a pictures to prove it was. Manager had a bad attitude when confronted. Save your money go somewhere thats honest and trustworthy.

Professional, prompt and helpful. Within 2 days, I was measured and booked in. Ben in store helped me choose suitable carpets for my home. The choice available is a little overwhleming in store so I appreciated his guidance. Aubery came to measure my house the same day, super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions. Paid up and booked in for fitting. With discounts I saved over £2.7k and still fitting quality products.

Very little pride in their work. Such a shame, the store was great and has sorted things. Just not the experience we were told we would receive.
