Just very good service from start to finish.Our third room carpeted by Eric Dines over last couple of years. Easy going staff in their shop that are experienced and informative but not pushy allowing you time to think about all the various carpet options on offer. Take samples home and compare in different lighting etc. The excellent fitting was done with almost art form by Phil. Very competitive pricing. If you need a carpet, pay them a visit - we are glad we did - Rod & Sandra Hedges

First time using Eric Dines and extremely pleased with the service and result. Had my hallway screeded and new Amtico LVT flooring laid. Throughout the process we were given great advice, kept informed of progress and the work done on time. The installation team were very friendly, tidy and did a fantastic job. Thoroughly recommended.
