After a disappointing experience with Sprowston I have received terrific service from Jamie in Sweetbriar who was so kind and efficient then have just ordered new flooring with Darren who was very thorough and experienced , helping me choose with his visualiser tool. 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience having Darren! He came and measured up my Dad’s carpet and was so friendly. He was very knowledgeable about all things carpet. He arrived on time having communicated his arrival time. Many thanks, would use again.

Visited the norwich store today, customer service was outstanding, very helpful. Looking forward to my new carpet arriving.

Kev was great, we popped in late 18:25 on a Tuesday, just before closing as we wanted to order the right carpet after we had our quote. It was just over budget but he took the time to help find us a hard wearing carpet that was near identical but within budget. Was in and out within 20 minutes because he knew where everything was and what we was looking for. Walked away happy and confident we had made the right choice. If I ever need carpets again, I will be coming back and asking for Kev.

From first visit to final install Tapi have been excellent. Firstly the sales person Mark Sayers ( the Norwich store) was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable regarding the products and process we would go through. Secondly, Adam our installer was friendly, professional and respectful of our home and very clean and tidy in his work. End result was excellent Pricing of products was very reasonable We would highly recommend using Tapi for any flooring needs. Well done Tapi
