Tapi Carpets & Floors

I had laminate flooring fitted in March this year. My experience with Kerry was really positive however my experience with the fitters was very uncomfortable. 7 months later the beading has split and peeled apart. Foam has been falling out and has left a very unsightly mess. I contacted the store last week and spoke to Kerry again. I was told they would get in touch with the fitters and see what could be done about getting this fixed. I was told I would receive a call back on Tuesday. I heard nothing, I have called back twice since then and left two voicemails which have been ignored. I never expected to spend this amount of money and need a repair so soon and I am very disappointed by the customer service. I just want the beading repaired and was happy to pay for this. I was unsure what else I could do except to write this review as my calls have been left unanswered. I hope we can find a resolution.

Came into Tapi close to closing time, after having an awful experience elsewhere. Paul immediately came to my rescue and helped me pick from a range of samples and booked me in for my measure up at a time that suited me. Great customer service, particularly given that it was so late in the day. Would definitely go back!

Had a really great experience with Paul Wilson today. My girlfriend Ellen and I wandered in, half expecting the flooring to be out of the budget we were working with. Almost as if by fate, we spotted a stack of really nice warm rustic oak laminate flooring tiles - pretty much the quantity we needed - in the clearance section. They all look in perfect condition. They’re just old stock. Got a great deal for 10 packs, which has saved us probably £150-£200. Paul was really nice and helpful, giving us a discount to take the lot, and helped load the flooring into my car. They just about fit for the short journey home 😊

A delightful experience. We’ve just returned from Carpetright Sprowston having ordered our carpets that will finish off our home. It’s been some years since I’ve bought carpets and was filled with trepidation. However Steven was exceptional. He explained everything and our different options and we didn’t feel any pressure. It was a really nice experience and we’d highly recommend both Carpetright and Steven!

Steven in-store was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain and demonstrate the different combinations of carpets and underlays. He worked with me to find the best options within my budget. The in-home visit to measure up was thorough, and I received helpful advice on tasks I could do myself to keep costs down and ensure the best possible finish. On the day of the fitting, I received a call from Sam and Harvey at RD Carpets & Flooring to let me know they were on their way. By the afternoon, they had finished the work, and the transformation of my house is incredible. I really appreciate the attention to detail from the fitters. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Carpetright again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We ordered our flooring today and was dealt with by Kerry at the Sprowston branch Norwich. He was most welcoming and helpful and explained fully as to how everything was would proceed. Very impressed with the service and deal.
