SLS Southern Liquid Screed ®

Really happy with the work from SLS Southern Liquid Screed. They did a fantastic job at my home, were professional, knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. Couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We hired Southern Screed to pour liquid screed over our pre- laid underfloor heating. From first contact, Peter in the office to Joe who laid the floor. Communication was excellent. I contacted several companies for quotes and advice about the correct screed for my wet UFH system. As someone unfamiliar with the process, I found it difficult to get clear guidance. From the moment I spoke with Peter at Southern Liquid Screed, I felt completely confident that SLS was the right choice. He was incredibly helpful and patient, talking me through every step required for the job. A week before my booking, Peter called to check that our build site would be ready, and he phoned again the evening before to confirm everything was on track. I was given an exact arrival time, and the team turned up exactly as promised. On site, they identified and secured a few areas where the screed could have escaped, and they worked carefully to balance the levels and create smooth, even surfaces throughout the property. The team were polite, efficient and extremely professional. They poured the screed at a reduced speed to avoid splashing and achieved beautifully flat, mirror-like floors. After completing the pour, they cleaned up thoroughly and washed down the working areas. This was my first time @Spencer Mills Construction, using liquid screed the team at Southern liquid Screed were very courteous and professional. The surface is perfectly level. After seven days they are proving a sanding process which will provide a suitable surface for floor coverings. I look forward to use sls in the future. It was certainly so much easier than traditional screeds.
