Went in this afternoon to buy carpet and underlay for a small room, the salesman was ever so friendly and helped us find what we was looking for in minutes, would reccomend

Always a good service friendly and professional. And very good at assisting you with the measurements. We are repeat customers (landlords) because they are the best deal in Peterborough. The carpet fitters they use always do a good job too. Definately recommended.

We always use Royal carpets for their quality products, pricing, friendliness and efficiency . Our latest purchase was no different except they went above and beyond. We had bought a carpet to be fitted and called too see if it could be fitted a week earlier than planned,no problem. Then on the morning the fitters van unfortunately broke down and whilst one off them stayed with the vehicle the other fitter used his own car and went to the shop and picked the carpet up. He was with us a short while later . The shop had cut the carpet for him making his job a bit easier meaning everyone had worked together too ensure customer satisfaction. The carpet was fitted too their usual high standards. I would like to thank everyone involved and can highly recommend this company .

I highly recommend Royal Carpets. From advise at point of selection to planning and delivering the fitting to my bedroom I cannot find fault. Super efficient. Friendly, listened to what I needed rather than pressure selling. Fitters were considerate, professional and tidied up after themselves. I will be using this company again for all my flooring needs. A big shout out to Steve for doing a very neat and tidy job of fitting laminated flooring at my house, three beds & landing. And carpets at stairs all in about five hours.... very well done. I was also very happy the way Mian (owner of Royal Carpets) interacted with me in our first telephonic conversation and then in person at the shop. This being my first requirement for getting flooring done, he explained everything clearly, shared quite competitive prices for all components (compared to what lot of shops in Peterborough), leaving no margin for any bargain. Really a cohesive and professional team, thanks.

Great service from initial phone enquiry to job completion. I called hoping for a fitting at very short notice. The staff were helpful, helping me select the right carpet and going out of their way to accommodate my requirements. I'm very happy with the service at the shop, the price, the fitters and we're really happy with the carpet. I'm already recommending to my friends. Thanks guys
