Hereward Carpets

I couldn’t be happier with the rug Hereward Carpets made for me. I wanted a large rug (300cm x 275cm) made using their binding service, and it turned out exactly how I’d hoped. The binding is really neat, and the overall finish is of a very high standard, it looks fantastic in my home! From start to finish, the service was friendly and professional. They even delivered the rug to my house, which was really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work and the quality speaks for itself. Thank you!

I was recommended to Hereward carpets by my decorator, though many friends also said they were very good, and yes I had excellent service from the team especially Mark and Michaela. Advise for the best carpet for my requirements was great, as have a cat and wanted good stain resistant as well as longevity. Pleased with the price for the quality and great fitting from John and Paul, was nice to have the same guys back each time, as had living room, bedrooms and stairs landing done. They were very quick, clean and efficient. I did have an issue with the original colour I chose, but Mark made it as easy as possible to rectify the situation and I couldn't be happier, love the carpets, so comfy and easy to keep clean, the cat has tried but fails to cause any problems with the pile, so am hoping will stand the test of time, thankyou all at Hereward carpets, good to use a local company that has been in Peterborough a long time

From our first telephone enquiry when we spoke to the very friendly and efficient Michaela we felt we were in good hands. Mark visited to measure up and help us to choose the laminate flooring we wanted from a vast selection of samples he'd brought with him. Having made our choice Michaela swiftly sorted out the delivery and fitting date for us. The lovely fitters, John and Paul, arrived at the designated time and did a magnificent job of laying the flooring but also removing the old carpet and disposing of it for us. Everything was left clean and tidy and now we are just waiting for the furniture to arrive so we can move into our 'new" room. Thank you so much Hereward Carpets!

Very friendly and professional service. Helped us pick a carpet out for the stairs, sent someone to measure for a quote quickly and then fitted reallt quick too! Fitters were friendly & professional and the carpet looks great. Thank you!

Hereward carpets are the best carpet shop in our area. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They turn up on time, using the correct equipment and always do a perfect job. We have used them for all our carpets and fittings for the past 40+ years. Thank you once again.

Visited store and was helped by Danny to choose suitable flooring to replace damaged carpet. Company brought samples to my home and offered advice and installation arranged. Fitters did a great job. All in all a great experience from start to finish at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to use them again.

As always fabulous service. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our carpets and can’t recommend them highly enough! Always greeted with a smile and service is efficient and helpful. The fitters are excellent and with our most recent order their expertise deemed that our underlay was still in perfect condition and we didn’t need new so we received a refund on our card - how good is that! Lots of choice for carpets and other flooring and in most cases can borrow the sample books over night to make your selections in your own home and the knowledgeable staff are always on hand to answer any questions you might have.
