We needed a new carpet, and wanted to use someone local. RF carpets came out measured up and showed us samples of carpet. We was happy the price so and couldn't be more happy with the finished product. Swift and efficienent and removed the old carpet and underlay. Very happy start to finish. Highly recommended.

I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. What should have been a straightforward floor installation turned into something much more complicated due to unexpected structural issues with the building — completely outside of his control (and mine). From start to finish, he was calm, professional, and solution-focused. I know the challenges must have been stressful, but he never let that show or passed any of that pressure onto me. Instead, he just quietly and confidently got on with solving each problem as it arose. His workmanship is excellent, his communication is clear, and his interpersonal skills are outstanding. He made what could have been a very difficult experience feel manageable and reassuring.
