Excellent service from start to finish. The team did a fantastic job fitting the new carpet in my rental flat. Competitively priced. They also took away all of the old carpets, which made the whole process hassle-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable carpet fitting company.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Tom went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He came out multiple times with samples, giving me plenty of opportunity to see and feel different options in my own home. I also visited the shop several times, where he always took the time to offer advice and help me find the best quality within my budget. What really sets Tom apart is the complete, personal service he provides. From the first conversation in the shop, to measuring up, to bringing samples (and patiently accommodating my changes of mind!), everything is handled by him. This is very different from larger companies, where you deal with multiple people at different stages—and often get told what they won’t do. Tom, on the other hand, takes care of everything, including tasks like shaving doors or moving appliances, as part of the service. He was clear and reliable with timelines, always punctual and committed to the schedule he set. The actual fitting was equally impressive—Tom and Malcolm worked professionally as a team, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, going as far as vacuuming the terrace and pavement. They completed my entire house to a very high standard, with competitive pricing and truly exceptional service. I couldn’t recommend Quality Carpets & Flooring highly enough!
