Great service from beginning to end. Extremely helpful explaining the options available for what we needed. Rob the fitter was spot on with his estimation of how long it would take. He left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. An excellent experience.

Really good - was a really good, I was only bought some lino offcuts, but the courtesy and politeness that was extended was very good. The shop was very tidy and the displays really nice - if I have other flooring needs I will be back !

I can Reccommend this company. We used flooring factory as they were local. Great selection of LVT and carpet. Ross has been great with all aspects of management and advice. we had a delay which was our fault, so had to put back the install which wasn't an issue for them. They have laid 28sqm of LVT herringbone and carpet on stairs landing and bedroom. Will be returning for the rest when its ready Thank you all

Very happy with the company, carpet and fitting. Some great advice offered when we entered the shop, flexibility on fitting dates and an excellent quality carpet. So what's not to like, would highly recommend.
