Scott, Max, and the whole Pinecrest team were stellar. Not only did they do a singularly fantastic job at restoring our Edwardian pine floors, they were also utter gents. Special shout out to Kris for calling me "Sir", for what I think might have been the first time in my life. Beyond that, what Pinecrest do so well is communicate. Scott was accessible, great to talk to, and crucially, didn't overpromise and under deliver. We are delighted with the finish they achieved, and we could not recommend Pinecrest enough.

I was recommended Pinecrest Floors while looking for a company to sand and restore our old floorboards, which hadn't seen the light of day in decades. The whole process was really smooth; from obtaining a quote from Scott, to the guys working on the floors over two+ days. They kept the place clean and tidy (95% dust free), and were super knowledgeable and friendly. Some boards needed further work and evened out which just seemed part of the day job to them. I would highly recommend!!

Scott + team restored the original floors throughout my 1950s property to their original glory. Scott knew exactly what to do get me the finish I wanted (scandi vibes) and made several extra fixes throughout to make sure the boards were super secure. Above and beyond in their efforts and communication.

Huge thanks to Scott and his team who transformed our floors throughout our living room, dining room, hallway and staircase across five days. An incredible job, upgrading already dark stained and tired floorboards, painted stair treads, and flooring previously covered by carpet. They left the place spotless, and removed all debris. Communication from start to finish was excellent, and the job was started on the agreed date without any delay. We are absolutely delighted with the final result, and would highly recommend.
