Having many times attempted to sand my own floors (and not done them very well), I decided to go with this company instead, and what a difference it has made. Communication was quick and efficient; Craig and his team were prompt, polite and did an incredible job on my tenement floor. Craig even dropped the key off at a friend's address to help me out. I will definitely reccommend this company.
We went to Avoca for our floor renovations. They did an amazing job freshening up our floors. We had sanding matt lacquer done. What difference the end result is as you can see from the before and after photos of this one room. We are highly satisfied with the results! Workers were very friendly and professional!

Very happy with the results of our flooring. I found this company to be very professional and a top quality result. I thought there would have been a lot of dust but there was absolutely none. Can highly recommend Avoca for what they did to our wooden floor. Transformed it from looking like laminate to bringing it back to life. 2 days of work and the difference is remarkable. Absolutely certain I couldn't do a job nearly as good myself.

Love my newly restored floors. Alastair came out to talk me through all my options, measured the area and gave me a quote. Got 4 rooms all done including repairs and a hearth removal within 4 days and love the result thank you! (I went with no stain just a lacquer for reference in photos)
