Avoca Wood Sanding

I went with this company because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. Having many times attempted to sand my own floors (and not done them very well), I decided to go with this company instead, and what a difference it has made. Communication was quick and efficient; Craig and his team were prompt, polite and did an incredible job on my tenement floor. Craig even dropped the key off at a friend's address to help me out. I will definitely reccommend this company.

We went to Avoca for our floor renovations. They did an amazing job freshening up our floors. We had sanding matt lacquer done. What difference the end result is as you can see from the before and after photos of this one room. We are highly satisfied with the results! Workers were very friendly and professional!

I would highly recommend this company, fantastic communication throughout, fully transparent pricing and extremely professional service. The team clearly care a lot and take pride in the work they do. We are delighted with our floor. Thanks

Very happy with the results of our flooring. I found this company to be very professional and a top quality result. I thought there would have been a lot of dust but there was absolutely none. The two young men who came to do the job were very polite and got on with the job in hand. I would highly recommend this company.

Can highly recommend Avoca for what they did to our wooden floor. Transformed it from looking like laminate to bringing it back to life. 2 days of work and the difference is remarkable. Absolutely certain I couldn't do a job nearly as good myself.

From start to finish the communications were clear, precise and pleasant. This equally extended itself to all the staff who attended and represented Avoca so very well. The staff who came to our home were professional, courteous and trustworthy. In effect they represented your company to a high standard. That to us showed that those standards existed in all parts of Avoca. This high standard continued with their work completed and improved the appearance and outlook of our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Avoca to anyone we know. Indeed, we have already done so. Bill and Patricia

Love my newly restored floors. Alastair came out to talk me through all my options, measured the area and gave me a quote. Got 4 rooms all done including repairs and a hearth removal within 4 days and love the result thank you! (I went with no stain just a lacquer for reference in photos)
