The service I received from you all was outstanding from start to finish. It is a breath of fresh air to come across a company like yours that really does care about their customers.

When I first spoke with Richard in the showroom, I got the immediate feeling this was a sound operation. That was confirmed when Robert came round to measure up. Straightforward, no milking it, an honest quotation. Two weeks later, my carpets were fitted as promised. The fitter Tom, like his colleagues, gave me immediate confidence, and got down to work. Everything was well handled, efficient and competent throughout, liasing with the office likewise, and all were friendly and happy in their work. I'm at the budget end of the market (£14.99 and £16.99 per square metre, including felt underlay and fitting) but nonetheless this has been a five star experience, and reassuring that there remain businesses with integrity in the world.

I have recently purchased some LVT flooring . We initially dealt with Edward at the shop he was so helpful on understanding our needs without any pressure at all. He turned up on time to measure and ensure that everything would be correct for the flooring . I do not know the names of the actual fitters but they have done an excellent job. We are so pleased that we chose the company that we are having blinds fitted now as well. A lovely family run business who definitely deserve to receive the business of the local community who require a professional job .

We recently had our stairs and landing carpets fitted by Nottingham Carpets & Blinds, and the service from start to finish was fantastic. Edward came to our address to measure up and he provided great advice and recommendations during his visit. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed into making our decision. He was also extremely patient with us when we had to reschedule our fitting appointment a couple of times due to renovation delays. The carpet looks amazing and we're very satisfied with the quality and service throughout. Even when we had a slight issue, Edward dealt with it promptly and professionally, and we will definitely use NC&B in the future. Highly recommend this fabulous, family run business.

Nottingham Carpets and Blinds are a family run business that certainly know their trade ! We’d like to thank Kim who we spoke to to inquire about arranging a home visit to provide a quote. Extremely friendly and professional. Edward through the whole process has been amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I could contact him whenever to answer any queries. So friendly and helpful in sharing his knowledge to help in choosing the right carpets for us. Rob came to fit our carpets over two and half days. Again so friendly , full of knowledge and went above and beyond tackling a couple of issues with our existing grippers and cables. Thank you so much to you all. We were recommended by family.
