Simon came over and helped me out after another fitter had caused lots of issues and I didn't want them back. Simon came over the same day I called him. Fixed all the issues with the carpet (including some i didn't know about) and wouldn't even accept payment. Amazing guy and I will absolutely be using him for the rest of my life!
