Had a 1030 appointment which was confirmed a few days before the date. No one turned up. No one called to cancel or reschedule. When I called the mobile number provided, the person initially didn't seem to know anything about it and then explained that he couldn't make it and asked to visit another day. Avoid. Unreliable.
Excellent fitting service! Mohammed offered a very fair price and was able to book us in at short notice (2 weeks). On the day, worked quicker than expected, very professional and everything looks amazing! We bought carpets from another supplier, and Mohammed was able to cut these to the right shapes for us and handled everything. I was nervous as a couple of reviews on here mentioned not turning up on the day, so I made sure to get confirmation in writing and my only negative point would be that he was slow to respond to messages and needed prompting, but this was inconsequential. Would definitely recommend
I couldn’t recommend this flooring specialist highly enough. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, reliable, and considerate. The quality of his work is absolutely impeccable, every detail finished to perfection. He even prioritised fitting my flooring knowing I had just moved in with my very young daughter, which meant so much to us. True professionalism through and through, elite quality at a very reasonable cost. I’ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know!
