Manchester and Cheshire Floor Sanding

David is conscientious and reliable person who did a great job of restoring our original Victorian pine floorboards. I’d have no hesitation in recommending his services.

David was brilliant. Very helpful during his first visit to discuss the work, and then gave us a very reasonable quote. He completed the work in very good time, while being flexible as we'd asked him to delay the start date by a couple days. The floors looked absolutely brilliant after he was done with them - he even added some supports to floorboards and made repairs where they were needed. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful person to carry out the work on our floors.

I asked David to sand down the floor and provide a nice finishing to the floor boards. The floor looked fantastic. His colleague also helped us to cut the garden. One of the best trades men I have dealt with.

I contacted Dave to sand and varnish our living room and hallway floors. He managed to squeeze the job in between two other larger jobs, his quote was very reasonable, and completed the work to a great standard (see images) and a short amount of time. He's a fountain of knowledge for floor restoration and other jobs around the house. I'll be using Dave again and would highly recommend.

Dave was absolutely amazing! Completely transformed our whole house of wooden floors, with a super fast start and finish time (5 rooms fully sanded and several coats of treatment in 4 days). He was on time everyday, and worked non-stop each day without any real breaks. Really easy to chat to, and gave A LOT of really helpful tips for literally every other job we were looking to complete in our new house. He even did some plastering, and other odd jobs around the house included, which really is unheard of when hiring a tradesman tbh.
