I go back to these guys all the time for carpet and laminate they are professional competitively priced and clean up after themselves can’t fault them .. the manager I know as uncle ( not related) is so police and friendly and they don’t try and rip people off like some of the companies in Birmingham I’d return every time when I need flooring

Popped into MS carpets yesterday to enquire about bedroom laminates, stairs and landing carpet and bathroom / toilet flooring. I have had a great experience, was quoted an unbeatable price and the staff in the shop showed lots of patience as I kept changing my mind 🙈 By 1.30pm the next day, the job is finished ! The fitters were really kind, polite and even cleared up after themselves which I wasn’t expecting. All of the flooring has been fitted to a high standard and looks lovely , I’m so grateful, thanks again !!

They did such a good job! I got carpet in my whole house and the stair runner from them, looks amazing and high quality. Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommend!!!

Have being using Ms Carpets for the last 25 years . They have fitted all my carpets and wooden flooring over this time and have always done a great job at a very reasonable price too .They have just fitted my new blinds to . Have recommended them to countless friends and family over this time .

I would 100% use MS CARPETS again. I'm so happy with my flooring. The quality, the fitting which was a big job as had the whole of down stairs done. The price. Very polite and helpful people. Also iv got to say 1000% Honest, I had my flooring done last Friday, I get a call today telling me I have over paid by £200. They sent it back to my bank straight away. Now that has blown me completely away, as they could of got away with it. Very honest people. Thankyou so much, I will be recommending your shop from now on.
