Kingstanding customers of Floors R Yours describe a flooring service built around laminate and carpet work, with fitters handling everything from single rooms to full downstairs installations. A theme running through the feedback is the value on offer, with reviewers repeatedly noting competitive prices on laminate products and carpet that compared well against a popular wholesale dealer.

Various customers describe the fitters as polite, professional and friendly, singling out Haris and Uzair for getting straight to work without delays and completing jobs efficiently, including projects further afield in Oxfordshire. Tidiness is mentioned regularly, with floors left clean and tidy after fitting, and communication stands out too: one account describes the whole process running smoothly from the initial phone call through to completion, while another notes that queries raised after fitting were clarified without any problem.

The pace of service is praised, with orders taken, paid for and fitted quickly, and reviewers mention that installation was arranged around their own convenience. Customers also value the practical advice given on site, such as extra materials suggested to help with door framework. Many say they would use the company again and have returned for repeat work, with one household reporting that expectations were exceeded across two separate jobs.
