London Carpet Solutions

Delighted - they absolutely delivered and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Reassuring initial discussion was clear on pricing and how process would work, they then did exactly what they promised to a high standard with no messing. Wish every aspect of refurbishing went as smoothly.

Excellent service! Answered my initial query within 5 mins (10pm at night!) then everything was go from that point! Good quality carpets, good price, lovely guys!

What a delightful, friendly and professional company. From the first phone call until the fitter left everything was perfect. I will definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them. Good value, good quality great company

LCS accommodated a carpet fitting for me at very short notice, after another company messed up with my order. They were extremely helpful, very quick to respond, and from my first contact to fitting, everything was sorted within two weeks. The product quality is great; I was advised very professionally about the requirements and the fitting service was handled very swiftly and the finished area now looks great! I greatly appreciate the highly professional as well as personable service. Thank you very much!

Loved these guys, Martin and his team of fitters were amazing, efficient and did a great job. The new carpet looks fantastic. I arranged for quotes from Carpetright and Tapi as well, but the quality of carpet was markedly better from London Carpet Solutions yet similarly priced (I managed to buy during a sales period). I’m so glad I found this company, I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Super efficient and very friendly staff. Everything was very organised and quick. I had a free in house measure, then I received samples and was booked in right after I approved them. The day of the fitting everything was done to a great standard. I was dreading the process of choosing a carpet and getting it all done, but I basically did nothing except for choosing a sample. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

5 star experience from start to finish!! I had a very specific vision in mind, and a very tight timeline, and London Carpet Solutions made it happen. I'm so over the moon about the final result, but even more important was the entire process. Working with William was a delight, he knew exactly what I wanted and the customer service throughout the experience was top notch. Initially I had reached out to many other carpet companies and the others were overpriced with poorer quality carpets. London Carpet Solutions has much much nicer carpets and the fairest pricing I've encountered. Beyond that, they delivered quickly, efficiently, expertly, and just such a pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone else, and I know in the future I'd love to exclusively work with London Carpet Solutions. Truly the best!
