Wow! Phoned these people up today 15th April …lady answered . When I asked about availability of a product she rudely replied ‘ No one will stock this product as it is in her words ‘ a lead balloon’ ! I was phoning about flooring not balloons . 🎈 Very strange reply from a very unprofessional adviser 😡
