I must start by saying that I am 'very particular' and am nervous about using contractors, as I want a job doing properly. I needn't have worried about this, as K.O.F. were very diligent making sure every detail was spot on and it is! Trueman, one of their installers listened and installed the new floor floorlessly. Huge thanks to the whole team. Great knowledge and advice given. Great price and fitted us in quickly. Carpets on landing and stairs look great, fitted about 6 months ago and still look brand new! Really good aftercare given as well. Definitely recommend. So happy that we are using them again for our bedroom carpet.

As we have a young puppy and was having our downstairs floors replaced with LVT meant we’d have to keep him upstairs whilst they did the work. However as we were due to go away for the week? Allan pulled out all the stops and ensured we had it all done whilst we were away. What can I say - came home to a lovely new floor, cleaned and with no issues or hassle.
