Unbelievable experience. We had a quote from Tapi and when I called Carl he came and saw us the same day (late on a Friday) and quoted us there and then. Which alone allowed us to act quickly and it was a no brainer. He spent the time to talk us through pros and cons of our choices and helped us pick excellent carpets and LvT. They were fitted within 2-3 weeks. Any issues during installation between him and Jake they just sorted it before you’d even noticed. Incredibly professional, hard working and high quality outputs. You have to use these guys!
