Excellent service throughout. We really wanted wooden floors as we have had before, but moving to an apartment this wasn't possible. In fact we realise that carpets can look fantastic and and of course the flat is much warmer because of the insulation. Interestingly, although large chain shops appearede cheaper at first glance, because all costs are included at the Carpet Centre, they are very competitive. And the quality is excellent. They talked us through the options so clearly that we felt much less anxious about making the wrong choice. We now have a home with carpets that give a little lift to the heart every time I walk in. So we would absolutely recommend Brighton Carpet Centre and it feels good to be buying from a small local business who care about their customers. Long live the independent shops who make Brighton a special place to live.
