We were really pleased with our new carpets , Luke and Jason worked really hard fitting them and took a lot of care to make sure they looked perfect which they did. Diane and Roger made sure everything was co ordinated and fitted on time. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Kennington Flooring ,Thank you.

These guys are absolute joke. They behave like they are only person available in the market and do gold flooring. I visited the show room , selected the floor, Roger said he will send me the quote on Wednesday then he contacted me to say he will need to visit the property because he doesn’t trust his colleague who has done the survey. It took him 7 days to come and do survey and now i received a phone call 4 days after survey to say you will need to come in the shop to decide the product ( which i already decided in my first visit) because they can’t find the details of product which i chose last time and then Roger will give me a quote whenever he got time. Seriously these guys think people got just flooring to sort out in their lives.

We had our hotel kitchen floor changed. We have a policy of using local companies whenever possible. I contacted JJ at Kennington flooring. I am glad that I did. I found him extremely knowledgeable and professional. The fitters arrived perfectly on time. The team were super efficient led by a very experienced man, Craig. I have to say, Craig and his team were super patient and obliging. The job was not straight forward as lots of heavy equipment had to moved by our team. It was imperative to get the job finished on time as we had to close our kitchen. The completed the job ahead of schedule. We were so impressed with the quality of work, the fitters etc. I have no hesitation what so ever but to highly recommend Kennington Flooring to any prospective customer. I hope to use them again in the future.

The service provided was exceptional; I was seeking a specific item and was unable to locate it. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided offcut pieces that were instrumental in completing my flooring project. I highly recommend their services.

Had an estimate for some vinyl flooring for the hallway. Set a date for the fitting.Kennington flooring came round and was told unable to fit vinyl as I need to remove the carpets myself.could not believe it Im a 75 year old in poor health what can I say. They then told me they would be back in a month’s time to fit it if the carpet is removed or they will drop it off and someone else can fit it. Like a fool I have already paid them for it just under a £1000. All I can say you read these stories of taking advantage of the old. But never thought it would happen to me.

I had new carpets fitted throughout my apartment. They went out of their way to fit in the laying of my carpets as I had a tight deadline for it to be completed by. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Offering good advice and explaining the options and differences clearly. Ultimately what really matters is that the carpets were laid very well and look great
