AVOID, AVOID!! 3 months to resolve an expensive LVT flooring job carried out. Lumps and bumps all over the floor. Boards already lifting up. Barely any contact from Ethan when trying to get this resolved over the last 3 and a half months. Trip hazard in the main walkway of a family home. EDIT - Still no contact after asking to remove the review if he came to fix it. We now have a reputable company coming to complete the work and proceeding with small claims court due to floor boards uplifting and my daughter cutting herself (badly). Our advice to you is not to use Ethan and this company. Flooring was fitted in December and blamed the heat in the house for the poor subfloor.

Ethan did a great job fitting our carpet. I was away on holiday and was so pleased with how it looked when I came home and to finally not be walking on concrete 😅. Good communication and worked around my animals no problem. I would recommend his services to anybody.

Ethan was fantastic ... extremely professional and did an amazing job of fitting our oak flooring ... he faced the challenge of using preloved flooring and made our lounge look fantastic we are so pleased we will definitely be using E.M flooring again 😊

Incredible service from Ethan from start to finish! Easy to communicate with, and multiple methods of communication available, too! Ethan was happy to answer my many many questions, and on the day he arrived on time, was polite and friendly, and did an absolutely fantastic job! Will 100% be getting him back to do the rest of our flooring! 10/10!

Ethan was so helpful from the moment we got in touch with him. He showed us some samples so we could choose the perfect carpet colour for our room. Once chosen, he ordered the carpet and came to fit quickly. Ethan came to fit the carpet while we were at work so it was completed by the time we returned. There was no sign that he had been there - there was no mess left behind. The carpet looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted, couldn’t recommend enough!
