The company serves commercial and domestic customers across South Wales, including Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, and the South West. IQ Flooring Ltd supplies and installs commercial flooring for schools, offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues.

It specialises in carpet installation, vinyl flooring, and safety flooring for kitchens and bathrooms. Main services include commercial flooring, domestic flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, safety flooring, entrance matting, and carpet tiles. A free site survey and quotation are offered, along with a home selection service allowing customers to choose from samples at home.

In Cardiff, IQ Flooring Ltd has built a reputation through repeat custom and word-of-mouth recommendations. Customers frequently return for further rooms, with several describing how Stuart and his team fitted carpets in a daughter's bedroom and later in other bedrooms, while others called on the same fitters to replace carpets for elderly parents. LVT flooring recurs throughout the feedback, whether in a dining room, a kitchen-diner or a full property, and reviewers note that the team levelled an uneven floor before laying it.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is punctuality: fitters arrived at the agreed minute, turned up when promised and worked efficiently from start to finish. Several accounts note the tidy nature of the work and the care taken over details, along with clear quotes given upfront. The knowledge and advice offered on design options for carpet tiles stands out, particularly where a suggested layout transformed an office interior. Communication is described as easy before and after fitting, and the friendliness of Stuart and his colleagues is noted. Customers remark on the professional finish achieved with carpet and LVT alike, and on the reasonable pricing for the quality delivered.
