We got carpet on the stairs done and vinyl in the baby’s room done by hoods and they did a beautiful job . I did have to pay cash in hand for a door to be shaved down (I do think this should have been mentioned in the quote) which wasn’t done correctly the first time and did leave a chip in my door but they did come out the following week to shave down the door more .
Sarah & Tina in the shop were really helpful and Will did a great job of fitting. Happy to recommend!
Thank you to Tina and Will for a great service! I contacted Goods through recommendation and spoke to Tina who was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. I rang on the Monday and they arranged to measure up on the Wednesday! Will arrived and offered great advice and different options. He arrived with samples and I was given prices there and then for the flooring I chose. They then came to fit the following Tuesday! I happily left them to complete the job and they’ve done a great job! Tina contacted me before Will came out both times to confirm both appointments too. Great service!
Carpet fitted on Tues January 13th 2026 I would like to share my experience with Goods Carpets Kings Heath.. After speaking to Tina who found a lovely carpet to match my budget and arranging a convenient time for fitting I could not be more pleased.. The two men who came on time to fit two large carpets were very helpful too.. They moved furniture so easily and then put it all back again.. Thank you chaps I am very grateful.. Julie
Had this stair runner and matching landing carpet fitted by Will. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed by Will's professionalism and attention to detail, he was able to easily navigate the challenge of the awkward corner stairs at the top, we are chuffed, cannot recommend enough.
Quality service from these guys. The fitters were great, made sure i was happy the carpet was correct beforehand then let me have a good inspection before they left. I had just fit new painted skirting beforehand and it was still spotless when they finished. Definitely will use these guys for more work in the future.
