Really happy with the work Dean did on our stairs and landing. The stairs were uneven and difficult to work with, but he managed to fit everything beautifully. The job took extra time due to the condition of the stairs, but the quality of the finish was worth it. Dean stayed committed to getting everything finished properly rather than rushing the work. Highly recommend Floorworks NI!

This is a long overdue review (Jan 2025). Friendly and helpful service in store. On fitting day, a higher fitting price was advised (due to the carpet type) than had been quoted but I flagged it to Alan in store and we got it sorted. Would (and will) buy again from here in the future. After 12mo, carpet (Alan) and fitting (Dean) is holding up well. Thanks

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We booked in mid-December and our carpet was fitted just three weeks later, which was brilliant considering the time of year. Alan was absolutely outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand our ideas and then steered us in the right direction, showing us exactly the type of carpets we should be looking at rather than just trying to sell us anything. The whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free, and the end result looks amazing. Highly recommend this company, and especially Alan, for anyone considering new carpets.

The team were really helpful and friendly from the start to the end and did an excellent job! Had Alan lifted the old carpet, Graham fitted the laminate, and Dean fitted the vinyl. My old carpets were badly stuck to the floor, so I was lucky to have Alan remove them before the fitter arrived the next day. I’m very pleased with how accurate the measurements were, resulting in no wasted material. The quality of the finish was excellent, and I would definitely use them again for future fittings. Highly recommended!
