Can’t fault the team at flooring surgeons, had the flooring for over 2 years now and not had an issue. Ed & Paolo were patient, reliable and great on price. They gave solid recommendations and its turned out great. The fitting teams were great also, really quick and efficient and done an excellent job. Would definitely use again. Added some before and afters. So you can really see the difference!

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Showroom staff couldn’t have helped anymore if they tried. Pablo, came out to check floor levels were good to go as we did this ourselves before the fitter Leo came. Leo and his worker were very hard working, worked long hours, advised us on his opinions, particularly around the fitted door mat and did a beautiful job on our Chevron flooring. I would highly recommend this company and their fitters to anyone! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience with Flooring Surgeons. My points of contact were Mani and Paulo from the Wolverhampton branch. From start to finish, the communication and service has been seamless. Flooring options were explained in detail to ensure we made the right choice. We initially used Flooring Surgeons for our living room and study; we were so pleased with the results that we then went back to them to support with the upstairs carpet and flooring. From start to finish we felt very satisfied with the service recieved. Poya looked after us very well, gave us great advice on the products to suit our needs and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We had all of the downstairs done in a herringbone style, bathroom floor done in a fully waterproof lvt and stairs & landing carpeted with a taped edge. Very happy with our new floors and would happily recommend to anyone. Weldone to you all, very professional and polite team.

The Flooring Surgeons team were excellent from start to finish, particularly Paolo. The whole process from the initial consultation to the installation was simple and seamless. The service quality of the flooring fitters was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for any project and will definitely be using them again.

Brilliant guys Ed and Harvey, from Start to finish both were great and very knowledgeable. The advice they gave and the product lines these guys have are far superior than all the others.
