We had an absolutely excellent experience at Flooring Superstore on Berde Street, and a huge part of that was down to William. From the moment we walked in, William stood out for his professionalism and genuinely helpful approach. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different flooring options clearly, and gave honest advice without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. You could tell he really knows his stuff and cares about getting customers the right result rather than just making a sale. Before visiting, we had been to Tapi Carpets and a couple of other independent flooring shops, but the level of service we received there didn’t come close to what William provided.
