Order samples at your peril, it will result in spam phone calls. I won't deal with any company that uses pressure as a tactic to make sales, so I'll be buying the 1500 square foot of laminate flooring I need elsewhere. Don't harass your prospective customers and you might find you make more sales.

Paid back in April for new flooring, told a fitter would contact me. Nothing at all for weeks. Call and be told the same thing again. Eventually get contacted by a fitter who backs out the day of the fitting. Phone to ask what happens now and get the same spiel. This goes on for almost 2 months, with them not once actually calling me back after weeks of me chasing them. Customer service is beyond dreadful. Do not use at all costs, you will not receive any service you paid for and will be required to do all the chasing just to understand what's happening. Drove in and demanded a refund, do not recommend to anyone.

AVOID. Customer service instore was great, however… It all went wrong when booked for our home to be measured, 10am on the day we were contacted saying a staff member had gone off sick therefore was unable to attend for the measuring but would get back to us to let us know when it could be done…. We didn’t hear anything. I attempted to contact the store, the phone wouldn’t even ring and then just says call failed. Sent an email, had an apology and was rebooked for the home visit. The day came around and again, emailed received saying staff member was off sick, would come the following day and would contact to let us know a time….. nothing. Again I emailed, this time to ask what they wanted done with the two large samples I’ve got in my home (these were being collected at the measuring home visit) and informed them we would go elsewhere…no reply 🙃 Absolutely shocking customer service, would not recommend unless you want to be messed around. Wish I hadn’t of bothered exploring our options with this store.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I'm not usually someone who complains or leaves negative reviews, but after my experience with Flooring Superstore, I felt it was necessary. I ordered my flooring in February, and we're now in July and the job is still not complete. I've lost count of the number of issues I've experienced: fitters not turning up, incorrect deliveries being sent on multiple occasions, waiting weeks for responses, constantly having to chase for updates, and often not hearing back at all. On top of that, I've had to repeat the same information countless times because I've been passed between different people and departments, none of whom have been able to resolve the issues. The customer service has been absolutely shocking. What should have been a straightforward flooring installation has turned into months of unnecessary stress and frustration. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Was attempted delivery a day later than organised (I wasn't home) so it was taken back, I called them to discuss redelivering it in a couple of weeks, no problem. Spent all of the afternoon and morning of trying to get hold of someone, drove down to the Norwich branch and everything, eventually (after a week of trying) found out it that gone out of stock and my attempted delivery went to "reorder". In conclusion, I got my money back, because they no longer do the vinyl I got in half my house, combined with poor service and felt like drawing blood out of a stone for information (wheres the original delivery gone????) Not using this company again, which is a shame because I had no issues the first time around and they are reasonably priced

Served by Kelly who was managing the store solo that day. She was very helpful and friendly, she explained everything clearly and in great detail about the various products and which would be best for our needs. Excellent customer service Deserves a hefty raise
