Con.. took payment for my order twice, thankfully the first one was just a pre-auth and it dropped off my account after a few days. After 3 weeks no sign of my flooring, they don't respond to emails. Eventually receive an email saying the order has been refunded (no explanation), that was a week ago, and so far no money has arrived in my bank account. If you call the number on the website you go through to call centre, whereby they answer with a different company name, ring again the same person answers this time with the right company name. If you ask about an order, they just tell you to use the chat function online, which I did, only to be told an hour later "order has been refunded" which it hasn't. I've now raised a dispute with my bank. Honestly not sure what to think, it might be a scam,but i think more likely, a one man band (Johnathan of Johnathon's flooring services) who has paid for a duplicate of UK Flooring directs website, and simply resells UK Flooring directs products for a markup, and is drowning in orders. They pay for the shared call centre, but have no computer system, and the chat agent just goes through to Johnathans phone who I imagine is busy laying floors. Disorganized doesn't mean dishonest, so hopefully they will sort themselves out and pay my refund. I will update when they do. Update: payment never returned. Bank intervened and did a chargeback in the end..

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHAT SO EVER SHOULD YOU USE THIS COMPANY Like many others, the same story, take money confirm there is stock and it never arrives. Ask for a refund, it never happened despite numerous promises it will take 28 days etc etc. Bank were involved and had to refund the money from them, they are now taking action against them. Do not use, as someone else has pointed out UKflooringDirect have the stock and it will be delivered within 2 days - no drama, not try and steal your money like these thieves do.

Avoid this FRAUDULENT company!! This is my WORST experience ever dealing with a company. Nothing has ever drawn me to leave a negative review of an organisation until I dealt with this joke of a 'company' named SuperfloorS or Jonathans Flooring. Like many others, I was fooled by a decent looking website and competitive prices. I wish I had read these very reviews before making a purchase. I purchased £1581.82 worth of engineered wooden flooring (order 98193) and was told delivery would take 3-5 days, to which I was later told it would take another week due to 'supplier issues', despite it being 'in stock' on their website. A week later and there is no correspondence, no delivery information, nothing. I had to make contact to the so called 'Product manager' named Ibitisam Habtur. No response was received from him. When I tried calling the number on their website a belligerent receptionist answered who told me nobody was able to update me on my order due to 'technical issues' AND I would receive a call back, which obviously I did not. Every call thereafter was ignored and rejected. I then came across the terrible but honest google reviews about this absolute shamble of an organisation which led to me requesting a refund. The refund was supposedly processed on July 28 2022 and I was told it would take 14 days. As expected, no refund was given in that timeframe. I have had to contact Klarna directly who are now investigating this apparent attempt to defraud me of my hard earned money. Trading standards and media outlets have also been contacted. I reordered the exact same item with UK Flooring Direct who actually stocked the item and it was shipped 2 days later with no issues and they were cheaper, please use them instead of this fraudulent company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID!! Was assured prior to placing order that the flooring i wanted was in stock and delivery would be 3-5 days. It didn't come and after numerous attempts to contact them i was messed about for the next few weeks , given no end of excuses and assurances that it would be the end of the week, then next week then they couldn't give a date .. let down repeatedly. it caused so many problems i ended up having to cancel the order and order elsewhere. its been 3 weeks since and i still haven't got my money back! not contactable by phone, the online chat offers no support. really really terrible company not worth the stress and hassle!!

Ordered £1,000 of flooring 1st March - promised delivery in 2 weeeks -After 2 months order was cancelled. Unable to get the refund owed to me - dispite multiple messages and attempted telephone calls (they don't answer) - Kept being fobbed off and had to use my Bank's dispute deparment to get my money back - 7 weeks after cancelling. Use this firm at your peril - without the banks intervention I don't know how I would have gotten my money back

Hi Jonathan I have ordered some flooring from youe website on 23rd May and fully paid! I didn't recieved any email with confirmation. I have called 4 times to check what is going on but ladies from your company ignore me. Please let me know ASAP what is going on as I have a job booked in for 8th June and need to get it by then. Very poor customer service. Received order confirmation but no delivery date. Emailed Jonathan and he told me I would have a delivery delivery date on a Tuesday after the BH weekend but of course that didnt happen. Tried calling the landline number on the webiste but says its not recognised. Emailed Jonathan twice now asking for order to be cancelled and refunded but again no responce. Found a mobile number for him on his google page but never answers. Avoid this company at all costs. Will update if and when i ever get a responce or refund.
