From the first visit from Rob to the day the carpet was laid and aftercare service, it was excellent. ! I work for a vulnerable adult in his home and the whole team included him in decision making and made the whole experience less stressful for him. I would highly recommend Flooring Elegance for all Floor coverings now and in the future.

I was delighted with the whole team from start to finish putting down a new floor in my sun room. Mike worked hard to remove a previously bodged job. He was efficient, tidy and pleasant. We have had our hallway floor resurfaced with Amtico Spacia flooring. The end result is excellent, the care and attention to detail provided by Flooring Elegance is first class, very professional service and would recommend them without hesitation, and will certainly use them again.

Flawless service. We’re so happy with our new flooring. Our kitchen floor held up so well for 7+ years that we decided to extend it through to our lounge. The gentleman who fitted our floor did an amazing job and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Some trades people can make you feel a bit uncomfortable or take advantage of your lack of knowledge around the service they provide, this is not the case at all with Flooring Elegance, they were very approachable and helpful with the whole process. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them again.

Fabulous customer service. Flooring Elegance installed Amtico tiles in our hall some years ago. They have been hard wearing and showed no signs of wear. My wife damaged a tile when the metal hoover nozzle was dropped, causing a mark. Rob replied to my email the following day and Ant fitted a new tile the following day, declining any payment. We always go to FE for carpets too. The fitters are trustworthy and people that you are happy to have in your home. Spot on. Highly recommend.

Amtico flooring is not the cheapest option on the market but you are rewarded by a great product. The service from Flooring Elegance was very helpful and resulted in an exceptional job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them
