The team did a fantastic job of sanding our floors and doing all the necessary repairs with reclaimed flooring. They were good at communicating with us and sorting out any issues and touch ups required. We are so happy with the final result!

We used Elite Floor in the past and found their service impeccable, so when we needed a large area of flooring installed in our new house, it was a no-brainer. Sadly, although the floors were installed, they didn't consider adding trims as part of the job. When we explained that we now have a pest problem with mice getting through the unfinished flooring (not ideal in a house with three small children), I received condescending emails stating that trims were not part of the quote and that I should read the small print. As a "gesture of goodwill", they offered to come out and do the work, but we would have to pay for their fuel. Having already spent thousands and dealing with antagonizing emails, we decided it was not worth it and gave up. We are now facing another bill and waiting time for someone else to come out and finish their unfinished work. It's a shame that greed has taken over what used to be a great service.
