Fantastic experience with Dreamland! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we needed. There was a great range of flooring and furniture at competitive prices, and the quality is excellent. The whole process, from choosing the products to delivery, was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend Dreamland to anyone looking for great products and outstanding customer service.
I had a terrible experience with this shop. They told me they will come on a Saturday to fit the vinyl to kitchen/toilet. No one came on the day as apparently the material was out of stock (we were not aware as no voice mail or text message). We had to drive back to the store to pick a new vinyl. One guy came to fit on the same day, and he was not notified by the shop that floor should be continuous through kitchen and toilet although mentioning this couple of times to the store and the fitting guy. The guy cut the vinyl and left the kitchen unfinished and said he will come later. We called on Monday the seller was extremely rude and said you didn’t mention the toilet. I had to argue for some time to convince them to come back to finish the job. They also wanted to charge me extra but I refused. I would avoid at all cost.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Firstly expected us on the day to move heavy furniture in a disabled home (too heavy for me to move and my father is immobile). Also charged us extra on the day to remove doors to fit carpet (they returned two DAYS later to put back on). And the worst of all the laminate flooring has now all bubbled and started coming apart!! not even three months!! We also now have an ant infestation which we have never had in 20 years of living in our clean home. Overcharged for terrible work. We paid over £1000 for bad work and left with many more problems! Save your money and go elsewhere.
