I am extremely pleased with the service I received from this company. From start to finish, the team were professional, courteous and reliable. They provided excellent customer service, completed the work to a very high standard, and paid great attention to detail. The carpet and laminate flooring look fantastic, and I am very happy with the overall finish. Everything was completed efficiently and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, high-quality flooring services. Thank you for your excellent work.
Absolute disgusting customer service. Mr singh and shani made our experience extremely difficult. We expected them to turn up and do the job. They lied to us saying we would come on a certain day. When the day came they didn’t show up and said the exact same thing or made a new excuse. This has been going on for 1 whole week. We expected someone today for 3pm, they delayed it and said we will come at 5pm. Still no job has been done and they aren’t picking up the phone. No phone call that we won’t be able to make it and no update what so ever. Absolutely vile
Excellent service. Flooring supplied and fitted to whole house , competitive price, quality flooring and high standard of fitting - great communication- will definitely be using flooring world again and would definitely recommend.
The customer service has been exceptional from flooring world, from the beginning of the process till the end. They provided fast delivery and fitting. We purchased carpet and laminate and the quality of the product is amazing. Very reasonable in price for both carpet and laminate and beat any prices. Highly recommended.
