Absolute disgusting customer service. Mr singh and shani made our experience extremely difficult. We expected them to turn up and do the job. They lied to us saying we would come on a certain day. When the day came they didn’t show up and said the exact same thing or made a new excuse. This has been going on for 1 whole week. We expected someone today for 3pm, they delayed it and said we will come at 5pm. Still no job has been done and they aren’t picking up the phone. No phone call that we won’t be able to make it and no update what so ever. Absolutely vile

The customer service has been exceptional from flooring world, from the beginning of the process till the end. They provided fast delivery and fitting. We purchased carpet and laminate and the quality of the product is amazing. Very reasonable in price for both carpet and laminate and beat any prices. Highly recommended.

It is honestly flooring world, make my project easier, specially when I ordered stairs nosing, I received at the same size of stairs, no need to cut, They give it to me with screws, 30 minutes, my stairs were ready
