Visited the store looking for parquet flooring. They have a large range so I had a lot of options on what layout i could have. Kayleigh was really helpful suggesting what product would be best for what i was looking for.

I have used DWF before. Very helpful staff (Ian), competitive prices. The best thing is that the flooring manufacturers don't change that quick, especially when I need one more pack to complete a floor that previously had a bath in it (bought the 1st lot in 2020). This time we bought some herringbone engineered wood flooring. The sales lady showed us one that was on an extremely good deal. Sale agreed. Thanks for the great service.

First time I have bought wood flooring and I would recommend the Havant Branch. Kayleigh provided excellent advice and support to me during my purchase, throughout the process through to delivery. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

They recommended cowboy tradesmen to push their sales through. The first one left the job badly done, half finished without returning my keys, the second one I found out was not even a fitter! Took no responsibility for it! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Spent a very informative & satisfying session with Briony.She was most helpful & answered all our questions & concerns.Went in with intention of getting hard wood for the dining room. Ended up getting the entire first floor of our home done. Great financing available for large purchases. Looking forward to this upgrade to our home.Definitely would recommend if you are planning to do wood floors. Lots of choice & many price ranges.

Terrible service, I would avoid shopping here. I went in-store looking for something that might match some discontinued flooring I had. The guy working in the shop didn't even look at the piece of flooring I brought to compare and check if it was compatible he just said I wouldn't find anything to match. I went to another flooring shop down the road after and found a match in minutes with their help. DWF could learn a thing or two from them about service.
